Use the Support tab
Search short help guides, send a request to a person, and see every ticket you have opened with its number and status.
#Where it is
Support is always the last item in the menu, in its own group. Support tickets are on all tiers.
#Search the help guides
The Help card holds short guides: signing in, connecting Google, adding someone from your team, why a number differs from Google, your plan, card and invoices, asking the assistant, and getting a person. Type in Search help, for example Google, invite or billing, and the matching guides open.
If nothing matches, the card says so. Press Open a support request under the guides to ask a person.
#Your tickets
The Support card lists every ticket: its number, the date it opened, whether it came from the dashboard or an email, its subject and its status. A ticket with replies carries a badge with the count; click the row to read them.
Press New request to open a new one. See Send a request to a person.
#An empty list means none
If the tab cannot load your tickets, it says Could not load your tickets just now and gives you support@trulata.com. So an empty list always means you have no tickets, never a loading problem.
#Questions
Where do I find my ticket number?
In the first column of the ticket list, and on screen the moment you send a request.
Do emails to support show here too?
Yes. Each email thread to support@trulata.com becomes a ticket marked as coming from an email.
How do I read your reply?
Click the ticket row with the replies badge, or read it in your email.
