Connect Excel to TruLata
Rolling out. The steps below are read from the Excel card on the Integrations tab of your dashboard, so they match what you see.
#Steps
- Excel lead sheet is switched on one account at a time while Microsoft reviews TruLata. Ask for it on the Integrations tab of your dashboard (or email support@trulata.com) and we switch it on for yours.
- Then press Connect on the Excel lead sheet card. Microsoft opens so you can approve TruLata, read only. TruLata finds your newest workbook named like leads, contacts or inquiries; it needs a Date column and an Email or Phone column.
#After you connect
The card on the Integrations tab says Connected once it works, with a Disconnect button. If it later says Needs attention, open the card to read why and connect it again. A tab that reads from Excel appears once the connection works.
What Excel brings into TruLata, and which tab it fills: Excel and TruLata.
Every integration, and how each kind of connection works: Connect a tool.
