Approve, change or stop an ad on the Creative tab

#Where it is

Where we run paid social creative for you, a Creative tab appears under Social in the sidebar. Creatives are made for your approval on Command.

Each set of ads has a card with its title and a badge such as 3 of 8 approved. Ads are grouped by campaign, with the audiences each will be shown to, who it is not shown to, anything needed from you and where clicks go.

#Reading an ad

Each ad shows its images in every size it will run, with a full size link, then the Ad text, Headline, Description and Button. Its status reads Not reviewed yet, Approved or Changes requested, with who decided.

#Approve or ask for changes

1. Press Approve to let the ad run.
2. Or press Request changes, write what you would like changed under What would you like changed? and press Send to my team.
3. To add a comment without changing the decision, press Leave a note, write it and press Save note. You can approve an ad and still say, for example, use the other photo next time.
4. Changed your mind? Press Undo.

#Ads with a run date

Where a run date is set, the card says Less homework, same control. Approved ads run now, and anything you have not acted on runs automatically on that date. An ad waiting for you reads Runs automatically with the date, unless you stop it below. No action is needed if it looks good.

On those ads the second button reads Stop this ad. Use it any time, even after the ad starts. When we improve an ad, the new version replaces the old one the same way.
