Is there a free trial?

Yes. Starter is free for 7 days. No card. It ends on its own after 7 days unless you add one.

Every tier is month to month. Annual commitment is optional and takes twenty percent off the monthly.

Content, prospects, scoring runs and refreshes are all inside the number for your tier.

Why is there no price for Command?

It is scoped per engagement after you have seen the product on your own accounts, because it is our team running your account and the scope decides the cost.

Is there a setup fee?

The first month is the whole of it. You pay the first month and setup on your own accounts starts.

Yes. The account owner moves up from the Billing tab at any time, and the new price is shown and confirmed before anything is charged. To move down, write to us.

Do I need TruLata to get a website?

No. The site builder stands on its own: building is free, and going live is $49 a month or $468 a year.

What do I keep if I leave?

Your Drive folder of content, your lead ledger, and your own accounts with our access revoked by you.

#Your results, at the top

The first group has no heading. It holds your results: Overview, Revenue, Leads, Jobs and Analytics, as your account carries them. Where the Home tab is switched on for your account, it leads the menu.

#The channel groups

Search & AI holds SEO, AEO / GEO and Content.

Ads holds Google Ads and every other ads tab on your account, such as Meta Ads and ChatGPT Ads.

Social holds Social, and Creative where your account has it.

Outreach holds Outbound and Email.

#Settings, account and help

Configure holds Website, Integrations and Settings. Account holds Account, Team and Billing, plus Branding where your account carries it. Assistant holds Ask TruLata. Support is always last.

#Open and close a group

Click a group's heading to close or open it. The number beside the heading is how many tabs the group holds. Your choice is remembered for you in that browser. The Account group starts closed, and the group holding the tab you are reading always stays open.

On a phone, the menu opens from the menu button at the top of the screen and closes when you pick a tab.

#Dimmed tabs and plan names

A tab with a plan name beside it comes with a higher plan; clicking it explains what it adds. A dimmed Google tab is waiting for Google to be connected. See Why a tab is missing, dimmed or empty.

A group disappeared from my menu.

It is closed. Click its heading to open it again.

Where is Billing?

In the Account group, which starts closed. Click Account to open it.

Why do I see tabs a colleague does not?

Each account carries the tabs its plan and connections include, so two accounts can differ. Everyone on the same account sees the same tabs.
