#What the record keeps

Every send is logged with the prospect, the company, the draft that went, the subject, the mailbox it left from and the moment it left.

The time is stamped when the email actually goes out, not when the draft was written. A draft that waited five days in the queue shows the day it shipped.

Every reply is logged with its classification, and a reply stops the follow-ups on that thread.

#The stat row

At the top of the Outbound tab, the stat row counts sourced this week, sequenced, replied, positive and meetings. Press any of them to open the detail.

#How fresh it is

Sends, replies and suppressions are live records. Sourcing moves weekly. Opening the tab shows the saved numbers at once and pulls fresh ones in the background when they are more than five minutes old.

#Questions

Can I see which mailbox sent an email?

Yes. Each send is logged with the mailbox it left from.

Why does a send show a later date than the draft?

The time is stamped when the email goes out, not when it was drafted.

Still stuck?

Ask on the Ask TruLata tab of your dashboard and it answers from your own numbers, or opens a ticket for a person. Or email support@trulata.com and a person on our team replies.
