Who outbound never emails
Customers, your do-not-contact list and anyone who bounced or said no are removed before a word is drafted.
#Removed before anything is drafted
Each week, before a word is drafted, the outbound engine removes:
Your existing and past customers. Your do-not-contact list. Every address that bounced. Every address that said no.
They are matched by exact email, by company domain and by company name. Free mail domains are skipped when matching, so one customer on gmail does not block every other gmail address.
#One opener in 30 days
Each person gets at most one opener in 30 days, even when they fit two segments.
#When someone says no
Every outbound email ends with a footer offering a one-word way out. A reply of no, not interested, unsubscribe or stop ends the sequence, suppresses the address for good and adds it to the do-not-contact list.
#Add to your do-not-contact list
Your customer list and do-not-contact list are loaded during setup, so suppression is complete before the first run. To add a company or a person later, send it from the Target accounts (ICP) card in Settings with + Add. It reaches your team as a logged request.
#Questions
Can a suppressed address be emailed again later?
A not-interested or bounced address is suppressed permanently.
Is my whole customer list excluded?
Yes. Existing and past customers are matched by email, company domain and company name and removed before drafting.
