Connect Microsoft 365 Copilot to TruLata

#Steps

1. On the Integrations tab of your dashboard, press Download the TruLata app on the Microsoft 365 Copilot card.
2. Your Microsoft 365 admin opens the admin center, chooses Settings, Integrated apps, Upload custom apps, picks that file and makes it available to the people who use TruLata.
3. Each person opens Copilot and picks TruLata; the first time, Copilot asks them to allow it. People who use it need a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, or an organization that allows metered agent use in Copilot Chat.

#After you connect

The card on the Integrations tab says Connected once it works, with a Disconnect button. If it later says Needs attention, open the card to read why and connect it again. A tab that reads from Microsoft 365 Copilot appears once the connection works.
