#We could not load your numbers

A tab says We could not load followed by the tab name. Your account is connected, but the last try to load these numbers failed. It retries on its own and our team is watching it. Nothing is needed from you, and Ask TruLata can tell you more.

#Earlier numbers.

A note above a tab starting Earlier numbers. means one source failed on the last pull, so its previous numbers are shown and the note says how old they are. The next pull replaces them. On the Overview, the note repeats every source affected.

#Heads up.

A note above the Overview starting Heads up. says in plain words that something did not load and what it affects. Read it; it tells you whether anything is needed.

#Connect Google to see a tab, or Fill this dashboard

Google is not connected or no account is chosen. Press Open Integrations and connect it. See Connect Google.

#could not read

A single figure reading could not read means that one source did not answer. It is never shown as zero, so a zero on your screen is a real zero.

#Other notes

The stamp's hover text Live refresh unreachable, showing the last saved snapshot means the live pull could not be reached and you are reading the last saved copy; press Refresh to try again.

On Ask TruLata, I could not reach the data service just now means try again in a moment. If the briefing says it is not ready, Ask TruLata can walk you through your numbers now.
