#Open Visits

Open Settings and find Visits. Pick 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or Pick days and choose the dates. Switch on Compare with the days before to see each figure up or down on the same number of days right before.

#What it shows

Visits are real people only, counted without cookies. Your own visits to your site count too.

  1. Visits and pages opened, with a bar for each day.
  2. Leads: messages from your form and taps on your phone number, and the share of visits that became one.
  3. Where they came from and Pages they opened.
  4. Phones or computers, Towns and Taps.
  5. What they searched on Google, shown once your site is live and Google has a few days of searches.

#Get your visits by email every Monday

Switch on Email me my visits every Monday. Every Monday the site's owner gets an email with last week's visits, messages and call taps, beside the week before. Switch it off in the same place.

#Questions

Why are my visits different from Google Analytics?

They are counted in different ways. The builder counts real people without cookies, so visitors who decline cookies still count.

Does a copy of my site send the Monday email?

No. A copy starts with the Monday email off.

Where else can I see my site's numbers?

On your TruLata dashboard, the Website tab shows messages and sign-ups from the last 30 days.

Still stuck?

Ask on the Ask TruLata tab of your dashboard and it answers from your own numbers, or opens a ticket for a person. Or email support@trulata.com and a person on our team replies.
