#Where to start

Open Integrations and the Google card. The card Give TruLata access to Google has one box each for Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Ads, and shows the access address to add: addy@trulata.com. There is no Google sign-in and no warning screen, and you can remove the access from Google at any time.

#Google Analytics

  1. In Google Analytics, open Admin, then Property access management.
  2. Press the + button and add addy@trulata.com as a Viewer.
  3. Find your property id in Admin, Property details.
  4. Back in TruLata, type it in Property id and press Add.

#Search Console

  1. In Search Console, open Settings, then Users and permissions, then Add user.
  2. Add addy@trulata.com with Restricted permission.
  3. Back in TruLata, type your site exactly as Search Console shows it and press Add.

#Google Ads

  1. Type your Google Ads customer id, like 123-456-7890, and press Add. TruLata sends a link request.
  2. In Google Ads, open Admin, then Access and security, then Managers.
  3. Accept the request from TruLata. It arrives within 15 minutes of pressing Add.

#How you know it worked

Each account you add shows a status under its box: Waiting for access, Request sent, accept it in Google Ads, Connected or Needs attention, with a note when something needs doing.

TruLata checks every 15 minutes and connects each one as soon as the access is there. Your numbers follow within the hour.

TipFor your Google Business Profile, add addy@trulata.com as a Manager on the listing.

#Questions

Do I have to do all three?

No. Add the ones you use. Each tab fills when its own account connects.

Can I take the access back later?

Yes. Remove addy@trulata.com in Analytics and Search Console, and remove TruLata under Managers in Google Ads. See Leaving TruLata.

It still says Waiting for access.

Check that the address was added with the right permission in that Google product. TruLata checks again every 15 minutes.
