Keyboard shortcuts in the builder
Copy, remove, undo, redo and publish from the keyboard, and format words while you type.
#Blocks and the whole site
Click a block on the page to select it, then:
- Ctrl or Command + D copies the block.
- Delete removes the block. Undo brings it back.
- Ctrl or Command + Z undoes your last change. Add Shift to redo.
- Ctrl or Command + Shift + P publishes your site.
TipThese shortcuts do nothing while you are typing in the page or in a box, so your words are safe.
#While you edit words
- Ctrl or Command + B makes the chosen words bold.
- Ctrl or Command + I makes them italic.
- Ctrl or Command + U underlines them.
- Ctrl or Command + Enter finishes editing, like pressing Done.
#Questions
Does Ctrl + Z undo a publish?
No. Undo takes back changes in the builder. To go back to an earlier published version, use the arrow beside Publish.
