Is there a free trial?

Yes. Starter is free for 7 days. No card. It ends on its own after 7 days unless you add one.

Every tier is month to month. Annual commitment is optional and takes twenty percent off the monthly.

Content, prospects, scoring runs and refreshes are all inside the number for your tier.

Why is there no price for Command?

It is scoped per engagement after you have seen the product on your own accounts, because it is our team running your account and the scope decides the cost.

Is there a setup fee?

The first month is the whole of it. You pay the first month and setup on your own accounts starts.

Yes. The account owner moves up from the Billing tab at any time, and the new price is shown and confirmed before anything is charged. To move down, write to us.

Do I need TruLata to get a website?

No. The site builder stands on its own: building is free, and going live is $49 a month or $468 a year.

What do I keep if I leave?

Your Drive folder of content, your lead ledger, and your own accounts with our access revoked by you.

Connect Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign or HubSpot

Connect your email platform on Integrations so your campaigns, opens and clicks show on the Email tab. Your list stays where it is.

#Start from the Email tab or Integrations

Open Email under Outreach. Until a platform is connected it shows Connect your email platform with an Open Integrations button. On Integrations, your platform's card is under Email, or type its name in Search integrations.

The connection only reads. Your list stays in your platform.

#Mailchimp

Press Connect Mailchimp. It opens Mailchimp so you can approve TruLata, read only, with nothing to copy.

Prefer a key? Open Or paste a key. In Mailchimp go to Profile, Extras, API keys and create one; it ends in something like -us21. Paste it as the API key and press Connect. More: Mailchimp.

#Klaviyo

In Klaviyo open Settings, API keys, and create a private key with read-only access. Paste it as the Private API key on the Klaviyo card and press Connect. More: Klaviyo.

#ActiveCampaign

In ActiveCampaign open Settings, Developer. Paste the URL, which looks like https://you.api-us1.com, as the API URL, and the key under it as the API key. Press Connect. More: ActiveCampaign.

#HubSpot

Press Connect HubSpot and approve TruLata in HubSpot, or open Or paste a key and paste a Private app access token made in HubSpot under Settings, Integrations, Private Apps. For email statistics, give it content and marketing-email access. HubSpot also sends new contacts to the Leads tab. More: HubSpot.

#After you press Connect

The button reads Checking while TruLata tries the key. A key that does not work is never stored. When it works, the message says Connected. Your email numbers are on the Email tab. The account owner or an admin connects it, and Disconnect on the same card removes it.

Do I have to move my list?

No. Your list stays in your platform, and TruLata reads it there.

Can TruLata send email from my platform?

No. The Email tab reads your campaigns, flows and audience. Writing, scheduling and sending stay in your platform.

My platform is not listed. What now?

Press Suggest a tool on Integrations and tell us which one. Anything with an API can connect.
