See what came in and what is still owed, read live from your QuickBooks books.
Connect QuickBooks Online with one button and the Revenue tab shows the money you collected by month, the payments of the last 30 days and every open invoice, with the overdue part aged. The connection only reads. An invoice, a payment or a customer is changed in QuickBooks itself.

What will I see from QuickBooks?
The money side of your business, from the books you already keep. Open the Revenue tab and four tiles sit across the top: collected over the last 30 days, the number of payments behind it, what customers owe you on open invoices, and the overdue part of that. Below them, a table runs the last 12 months, each month with what was collected and how many payments made it up. Collected means invoice payments received plus sales receipts paid at the sale, by the date QuickBooks records them.
Then the detail: your recent payments with the date, the amount, the invoice or receipt and the customer, and your top customers by what they paid over the window. Click a month and it opens with its figures and what it counts.
Collected, as QuickBooks records it
- Invoice payments received
- Sales receipts paid at the sale
- Collected by month, last 12 months
- Collected and payments, last 30 days
- Recent payments and top customers
Can I see which customers owe me, and how late they are?
Yes. Every invoice in QuickBooks with a balance is read, and the card called What customers owe lists them: the invoice number, the customer, the invoice date, the due date, the balance and how many days past due. The most overdue come first, then the largest. An aging table sorts the same invoices into five groups: not yet due, 1 to 30 days late, 31 to 60, 61 to 90, and over 90 days late, with the count and the balance in each.
So the question an owner asks on a Monday morning, who has not paid and how long it has been, is answered on the screen you already open for leads and ad spend. Collecting the money still happens in QuickBooks, where the invoice lives.

How fresh are the figures on the Revenue tab?
Read live from QuickBooks, then held for 15 minutes so a second look does not read your books again. Open the tab after that and a new read runs. Press Refresh on the QuickBooks card and it reads again, at most once a minute. The card stamps when it was read, and if a re-read fails it says so and keeps showing the read before it, so a slow moment at QuickBooks never empties the page.
A figure the read did not reach shows as not read, never as zero. A month outside what one read covered says so; open invoices that could not be read say so. Payments in a currency other than your main one are noted under the figures and left out of the totals, so one euro invoice never skews a dollar month. The live data page covers the clock on every other source.

How do I connect QuickBooks?
Press Connect QuickBooks. It opens QuickBooks, you choose your company and approve TruLata, and you land back on the Revenue tab with your figures loading. There is nothing to copy and nothing to paste. The person who approves it in QuickBooks needs to be an admin of that QuickBooks company; if they are not, the card says so in a plain sentence and offers Connect QuickBooks again. The account owner or an admin of your TruLata account presses the button.
The tokens QuickBooks hands back are stored encrypted and never sent to a browser, yours included, and they are refreshed on our side as QuickBooks asks. Disconnect it from the Integrations tab, or remove TruLata from your QuickBooks apps, and the read stops. On an account our team runs for you, we connect it with you during setup.

Can it change anything in my books?
The connection is read only. Every call TruLata makes to QuickBooks is a query that reads: the company name, payments, sales receipts and open invoices. Creating or editing an invoice, recording a payment, sending a reminder or changing a customer is done in QuickBooks, by you or your bookkeeper. Your books stay exactly as your accountant left them.
Ask TruLata and your morning briefing read the same QuickBooks figures: the last 30 days, the months, the aging, the open invoices and recent payments. Ask how much is more than 60 days late and the answer comes from the same read as the tab, with the same rule that a figure it could not read is unknown, never zero. See what we read and where it lives.

What if I take payments in Stripe too?
Connect both. With QuickBooks connected, its section leads the Revenue tab, and Stripe's view follows beneath it when Stripe is connected too: payments, subscriptions and recurring revenue read from Stripe with a read only key. Each section says which system its figures come from, so the books and the card processor are never blended into one number nobody can trace.
Put that beside the rest of the dashboard and the month closes itself. The Leads view counts what came in from your own forms, the ads view records what you spent, and the Revenue tab records what you were paid and what is still owed. See the Revenue view and the Stripe connection.
