For a service business a phone call is often the lead. TruLata now reads CallRail so calls sit beside form submissions on one Leads tab.
Paste a CallRail API key on the Integrations tab. Each tracked call becomes a row: the time, the caller, the city, answered with its length or missed, whether it was a first-time caller, the landing page and the source CallRail recorded. A missed call is a row too.
The connection reads your calls and nothing else. Tracking numbers, routing and recordings stay in CallRail.
