See which marketing filled your Clio Grow inbox, and which of those leads hired you.

Connect Clio Grow and TruLata reads your intake: every new lead in the Grow inbox and every new matter on the Leads tab, each with the marketing source Grow recorded, and every matter on the Jobs tab by stage and estimated value, hired or declined. Your intake stays in Grow, where your team runs it.

What will I see from Clio Grow?

Your intake, in two places. The Leads tab lists every lead that reached your Grow inbox in the last 90 days, waiting for review or ignored, and every matter created in that time, newest first, with the person's name, email and phone, the matter type, the message they sent and the marketing source. A lead your team turned into a matter shows once, as its matter, with the source it came in with.

The Jobs tab reads the intake pipeline: every matter with its stage, as your firm names the stages in Grow, its matter type and its estimated value. A matter still in intake is the open pipeline, a hired matter is won and dated the day the client hired you, and a declined matter is lost.

Where does the lead source come from?

From Grow itself. Clio Grow records a marketing source on every lead that reaches its inbox, such as Website, Referral, Google Local Services Ads, Avvo or Yelp, and TruLata shows that name beside the lead. When the lead becomes a matter, the matter keeps the source of the lead it came from.

A lead Grow marks Unassigned, or a matter your team entered by hand with no inbox lead behind it, shows Clio Grow as its source and nothing else, rather than a guess. That is where TruLata's own reporting helps: the forms, calls and ads it tracks sit on the same Leads tab.

How do I connect Clio Grow?

Clio is opening TruLata's Grow connection to every firm now. Until it opens, our team connects it with you: ask from the request card on the Integrations tab and we switch your account on. After that it is one button, Connect Clio Grow, which opens Clio so you can approve TruLata, and you land back on your dashboard with your intake loading. There is nothing to copy and nothing to paste.

Clio's approval screen lists what TruLata asks for: inbox leads, matters, matter types, contacts, users and marketing campaigns. TruLata connects to Clio's US region today. The account owner or an admin of your TruLata account approves the connection.

Does TruLata change anything in Clio Grow?

No. TruLata reads your inbox leads and matters and shows them beside your marketing. Leads are accepted, matters are moved and clients are signed in Grow, by your team. The access Clio hands back is stored encrypted on our side and never sent to a browser, yours included.

Press Disconnect on the Clio Grow card and TruLata revokes its access at Clio and deletes every token it holds. You can also remove TruLata yourself in Clio.

How fresh is what I see?

Live. The Leads tab reads the last 90 days of inbox leads and new matters from Grow when it opens, and the Jobs tab reads the pipeline on every open, holding it for at most 90 seconds so a double click does not read twice. A lead that lands in your Grow inbox this morning is on the screen the next time anyone looks.

A source that fails says so. If Grow does not answer, its card says Could not read and nothing is counted as zero. The live data page covers the clock on every other source.

Why put my Grow intake on a marketing dashboard?

Because a hired matter is where the marketing pays off for a firm. The Leads view counts every form, call and intake, the ads view records what you spent, and the Jobs tab shows which of those leads hired you and what the matters are worth. Read the three on one screen instead of matching a Grow report against your ad accounts at the end of the month.

Addy and your morning briefing read the same intake, so a question like which source sent the most hired matters this quarter is answered from your own Grow data. The law firm page covers the rest of what TruLata does for a practice, and the Clio Manage connection covers your matters once they open.
