Ask once. Addy gets it done.
Addy is the marketing team inside your TruLata account. Ask a question and get the answer from your own numbers. Ask for something to be done and Addy does it, running a team of agents behind one conversation.

What can I ask Addy?
Anything about your marketing, in your own words. How many leads came in this week and where they came from. Which page brings the most visitors. Whether your Google Ads spend went up. What your AI visibility score is and the one thing that would raise it.
Addy looks every answer up before giving it. Your leads, your search and AI visibility results, your ads, your social, your email and your analytics are read from your account, the same data your dashboard shows. A number, a name or a date is never guessed. If one part cannot be read, Addy says which part.
The answer comes first, in one sentence, with the few facts behind it. If your premise is off, Addy says so: ask why leads went up and, if they went down, the answer starts there.
While Addy works you see each step in plain words, such as Reading your leads or Checking your Google Ads campaigns, so you are never staring at a blank box.
Where every answer comes from
- Leads
- Search and AI visibility
- Ads
- Social
- Analytics
- The answer first, in one sentence
- The few facts behind it
- Which part could not be read, if any
Can Addy actually do things, or only answer?
Addy does things. Mark a lead won or lost, add a lead that came in by phone, save your business details, start an article, publish one, invite a teammate, pause or resume a Google Ads or Meta campaign, change a daily budget, or pull fresh numbers into the dashboard.
A request with several parts is split up. Check every campaign, compare this month with last across sources, research your competitors, draft several posts: Addy starts agents on the parts at the same time, gives each a full brief, and checks what they bring back before answering you.
When the request needs more than the chat can do on the spot, Addy keeps working on it in the background and tells you it is underway. The result comes back into the same conversation, even if you closed the page and come back later.
Addy never tells you to go do it yourself or to write to support. Your ask is the start of the work, not a ticket.

What stops Addy from changing something I did not want changed?
Anything public or anything that moves money waits for you. Publishing an article, changing a campaign's status or budget, creating a Meta campaign, inviting a teammate and adding a lead each stop with Addy needs your OK first, and an Approve and a Decline button. Nothing happens until you press one.
Reading never waits. Looking up leads, numbers, campaigns and posts runs straight through, because it changes nothing.
Addy acts as you, with your role and your plan. Each person gets their own access key, created for that person and kept private to them, so what Addy can do is exactly what that person can do on the dashboard tabs. A viewer gets answers and no actions. Content actions need a plan with the content engine.
Every change lands where it would if you made it yourself: a lead's status on the lead, a campaign change in that ad platform's own change history, an article in your posts.

Does Addy remember our last conversation?
Yes. Each person has one conversation with Addy per account, and it carries across visits. Reload the page and the history is there. Pick up tomorrow where you stopped today.
Addy knows who is typing. The owner, an admin, a member and someone from our team are each spoken to as who they are, so a question from your office manager is never answered as if you asked it.
Addy only ever sees your account. The key behind each conversation opens one account and no other, and Addy never mentions another TruLata customer.
Addy knows who is typing
- OwnerEverything the owner can do on the dashboard
- AdminEverything an admin can do
- MemberEverything a member can do
- ViewerAnswers, and no actions
What do the answers look like?
Short and plain. The answer, then the facts behind it, in sentences, with a simple list only when a list helps. No headings, no filler, no closing offer to help with something else.
If an answer needs an account you have not connected yet, Addy says so in one sentence and names the one button that connects it.
Addy does not claim something is missing unless your data shows it. Before suggesting a new page or post, Addy checks the pages and posts you already have, and if one covers it, names it and suggests improving it instead.
What you will not get
- Headings and filler
- A guess when data is missing
- A missing page claimed without proof
- A closing offer to help with something else
What you get
- The answer first, in one sentence
- The facts behind it, in plain sentences
- The one button that connects a missing account
- Your existing page named before a new one is suggested
How current is what Addy reads?
As current as your dashboard. Leads, email stats and your CRM are live. Google Ads and Google Analytics intraday lag a few hours. Search Console runs 2 to 3 days behind, because that is how Google publishes it. Ask Addy for fresh numbers and it asks the dashboard to pull them.
Addy runs on the same account data the rest of TruLata reads, so an answer in the chat and a number on a tab never disagree about where they came from.
How current each answer is
- Leads, email stats, your CRMLive
- Google Ads, Analytics intradayA few hours behind
- Search Console2 to 3 days behind, as Google publishes it
- Ask for fresh numbersAddy asks the dashboard to pull them
What Addy does.
| What | Where it comes from | How fresh |
|---|---|---|
| Answers | Leads, search, AI visibility, ads, social, email, analytics | Looked up from your account, never guessed |
| Actions | Leads, business details, articles, teammates, Google Ads and Meta campaigns, fresh numbers | Runs as you, with your role and plan |
| Your OK | Publishing, campaign status and budgets, invites, new leads | Approve or Decline in the chat |
| Bigger work | Multi-part requests and anything past the chat | Agents in parallel, finished in the background when it is bigger |
| Memory | One conversation per person per account | Kept across visits |
Every conversation opens one account with that person's own access. Addy reads freely, and waits for your OK on anything public or anything that moves money.
Questions, answered.
What is an AI marketing assistant?
Software you ask about your marketing in plain English that answers from your own numbers and does the work. Addy is the one inside TruLata: she looks every answer up in your account, runs agents on bigger requests, and keeps working on anything larger in the background and reports back in the same chat.
Will an AI assistant change my ads without asking?
Not Addy. Changing a campaign's status or a daily budget stops for your Approve or Decline, every time, and so do publishing an article, creating a Meta campaign, inviting a teammate and adding a lead.
What can an AI agent actually do in my marketing account?
Mark a lead won or lost, add a lead that came in by phone, save your business details, start or publish an article, invite a teammate, pause or resume a Google Ads or Meta campaign, change a daily budget, and pull fresh numbers into the dashboard. Reading your data never waits; changes wait for your OK.
Can my whole team use the AI assistant?
Yes. Each person with a seat has their own conversation, and Addy acts with that person's role. A viewer gets answers and no actions.
Is my data private when I use an AI marketing assistant?
Yes. Each conversation opens exactly one account with that person's own access, and Addy never mentions another TruLata customer.
How much does an AI marketing assistant cost?
Addy is part of the assistant and briefings, on all tiers. TruLata is flat monthly, month to month, with nothing metered per question.
