Connect Calendly and TruLata reads your scheduled meetings onto the Jobs tab: what was booked, who booked it and whether it held or was canceled. You approve TruLata inside Calendly, with nothing to paste, and the connection only reads.
What will I see from Calendly?
Your scheduled meetings from the last 365 days. From each one TruLata reads the event's name, when it was booked, when it takes place and whether it is active or canceled. For the newest 60 meetings it also reads who booked: the invitee's name and email.
If the person who connects Calendly is an admin of your Calendly organization, TruLata reads the meetings across the whole organization. Otherwise it reads that person's own meetings, which is what Calendly lets a member share.

How does a meeting count?
A meeting on the calendar is a booking, so an active meeting reads won and a canceled one reads lost. Calendly prices nothing, so a meeting carries no dollar value on the tab; its value stays unknown, never a made-up figure and never zero.
The Jobs tab puts four tiles across the top: open jobs, booked value over the last 12 months, jobs won this month and your win rate over the last 12 months. With Calendly the count of meetings booked and the share that held are the figures that move. Under the tiles sit the counts by stage and the meeting list, which you filter by outcome or search by a name or an event.

How do I connect Calendly?
Press Connect Calendly on your Jobs tab or your Integrations tab. Calendly opens, you approve TruLata there, and you land back on your dashboard with your meetings on the Jobs tab. There is nothing to copy and nothing to paste.
TruLata asks Calendly for read access only: scheduled events, event types, users and organizations. The token Calendly issues is stored encrypted on our side and never sent to a browser, yours included. The account owner or an admin makes the connection; on an account our team runs for you, we connect it during setup.

How fresh is it?
Live. The Jobs tab reads Calendly when you open it, and a short cache of about 90 seconds only absorbs a double click. A meeting booked this morning is on the tab the next time anyone opens it.
If Calendly does not answer, its card says Could not read, and it is never counted as zero. Records named test and your own team's emails are left out before anything is counted. Ask TruLata and your morning briefing read the same feed. The live data page covers every other source on the screen.

Can TruLata change my Calendly?
The connection is read only. TruLata reads meetings, and an event type, a reschedule, a cancellation or your availability is changed in Calendly itself. Disconnect from the Calendly card on Integrations whenever you choose, and remove TruLata from your Calendly account the same way you approved it.
Your meetings sit beside the rest of your marketing: the Leads view counts what came in from your own forms, and the Jobs view shows what was booked and kept.

Does TruLata integrate with Calendly?
Yes. Connect Calendly, approve TruLata inside Calendly, and your meetings from the last year show on the Jobs tab with who booked and booked or canceled.
Do I paste a Calendly API key?
No. Calendly connects through its own approval screen; press Connect Calendly and approve TruLata there.
Does it read my whole team's meetings?
When the person who connects is an admin of your Calendly organization, it reads the organization's meetings. Otherwise it reads that person's own.
Why is there no dollar value on my meetings?
Calendly prices nothing, so a meeting's value is unknown. The tab leaves it blank rather than showing zero or a guess.
Can TruLata change my calendar?
The connection is read only. Event types, reschedules, cancellations and availability are changed in Calendly itself.
Which tier includes the Calendly connection?
