See every job and quote you have in Jobber, beside the marketing that brought them in.

TruLata reads your jobs and quotes from Jobber, with their status and totals, onto the Jobs tab. The connection is read only, so your schedule, your quotes and your invoices stay yours to run in Jobber, and there is no key to paste: you approve TruLata inside Jobber itself.

What will I see from Jobber?

Your jobs and your quotes. From each job TruLata reads its title, its job number, its status, its total, the day it was created and the client it belongs to. A job is booked work, so it counts as won on the Jobs tab. From each quote it reads the same detail plus the quote's status: an approved quote reads won, an archived one reads lost, and every other quote is the open pipeline. A quote Jobber converted into a job is left out, because the job already carries it, so nothing is counted twice.

The Jobs tab puts four tiles across the top: open jobs with their open value, booked value over the last 12 months, jobs won this month and your win rate over the last 12 months. Under them sit the stage counts and the list itself, which you filter by pipeline, by outcome or by a search for a name or a customer.

How do I connect Jobber today?

Tell us you use Jobber and we connect it with you. On your Integrations tab and on the Jobs tab the Jobber card carries a Request Jobber button; press it, write a line such as we use Jobber, and send it, and the request reaches a person at TruLata as a ticket. Once Jobber is switched on for your workspace, the same card reads Connect Jobber. Press it, Jobber opens, you approve TruLata there, and you land back on your dashboard with your jobs on the Jobs tab.

There is nothing to copy and nothing to paste, because Jobber connects through its own approval screen rather than a key. The account owner or an admin makes the connection. The token Jobber issues is stored encrypted on our side and never sent to a browser, yours included. On an account our team runs for you, we connect it during setup.

Can TruLata change anything in my Jobber account?

The connection is read only. TruLata reads jobs and quotes, and a new job, a schedule change, a quote edit or an invoice is made in Jobber itself, by you and your team. The one thing written anywhere is Jobber's own access token, refreshed when it expires and saved back into our encrypted store, never into Jobber.

Disconnect from the Jobber card on Integrations whenever you choose. Disconnecting tells Jobber as well, so TruLata's access is removed on Jobber's side, and then our stored connection is deleted.

Jobber stays where your jobs are run.

How fresh is the Jobs tab?

Live. The Jobs tab reads Jobber when you open it. A short cache of about 90 seconds only absorbs a double click or a question to Ask TruLata asked at the same moment, so a job your office books this morning is on the tab the next time anyone opens it.

A source that fails says so. If Jobber does not answer, its card says Could not read, and it is never counted as zero; when every source fails the tiles say the same instead of showing a row of zeros. Records named test are left out before anything is counted. The live data page sets out the freshness of every other source on the screen.

Why put my Jobber jobs on a marketing dashboard?

Because the job is where the marketing pays off. The Leads view counts every submission from your own forms, the ads view records what you spent, and the Jobs tab shows what turned into booked work. Read the three in one dashboard, one login, instead of matching a lead list against your Jobber schedule at the end of the month.

Ask TruLata and your morning briefing read the same job feed, so a question like which quotes are the biggest still open is answered from your own Jobber data. The Jobs view page covers the tab itself, and TruLata vs Jobber explains why the two sit side by side rather than one replacing the other.

One dashboard, one login

  • The ads view: what you spent
  • The Jobs tab: what turned into booked work

  • Ask TruLata and your morning briefing read the same job feed
  • No matching a lead list against your schedule at month end
