Integrations

See every Pipedrive deal beside the marketing that brought it in.

Paste your Pipedrive API token once. New people in Pipedrive arrive on the Leads tab with the source your Leads inbox recorded, and your deals fill the Jobs tab with stage, value and won or lost. The connection only reads; your pipeline stays yours to run.

What will I see from Pipedrive?

Two things. On the Leads tab, every person added to Pipedrive in the window, newest first: the name, the primary phone and email, the lead title or organization, and the source Pipedrive's Leads inbox recorded for them, shown as Pipedrive plus that source. On the Jobs tab, your deals: the title, the pipeline and stage by their names in Pipedrive, the value, whether it is open, won or lost, and the origin or channel Pipedrive holds as its source.

Ask TruLata and your morning briefing read the same records. Test records are left out before anything is counted.

How do I connect Pipedrive?

Paste your API token on the Pipedrive card on the Integrations tab. In Pipedrive it sits under your name at the top right, Personal preferences, API. The account owner or an admin makes the connection. TruLata checks the token with two harmless reads before it is saved, who it belongs to and one deal, so a token that cannot read deals is turned away with the reason, and a token that fails is never stored.

What is stored is encrypted and never sent back to a browser, yours included. The card then shows Connected, with your company's name and the date it was last checked. A one-click Connect button for Pipedrive is waiting on Pipedrive's marketplace review, so pasting the token is the path that works today. On a managed account our team connects Pipedrive during setup with access you grant.

How does my pipeline show up?

As four tiles and a list on the Jobs tab. The tiles are open jobs with their open value, booked value from deals won in the last 12 months, deals won this month, and your win rate, won against lost over the last 12 months. Under them, a count per stage and every deal, filtered by pipeline, by outcome or by a search for a name, a stage or a source.

Won and lost are Pipedrive's own status on the deal, so the tab never guesses. Open deals are read whatever their age; won and lost ones when they were created or closed in the last year. Move a deal this morning and it shows the next time the tab opens, because Jobs reads Pipedrive live each time. A read that fails says Could not read, never zero.

How fresh is what I see?

Live. Your CRM is a live source: the Leads tab reads the last 90 days from Pipedrive when it opens, and the Jobs tab reads your deals on every open, holding them for at most 90 seconds so a double click does not read twice. Press Refresh and a fresh read runs.

Other sources on the same screen run on their own clocks. Google Ads and GA4 intraday figures lag by hours, and Search Console runs two to three days behind; the header stamp says how old the page's data is. See the ceiling for every source.

Can TruLata change anything in Pipedrive?

The connection is read only. Every call TruLata makes to Pipedrive is a read, and a person, a deal, a stage or a lead is changed in Pipedrive itself, by you. The Jobs tab reflects your stages; it does not move them.

Disconnect on the Integrations card removes the saved token, and you can also regenerate the token in Pipedrive whenever you choose. We never ask for your Pipedrive password. See what we read and where it lives.
