Connect Microsoft Bookings and TruLata reads your appointments onto the Jobs tab: who booked, which service and what it costs where the price is fixed. You approve TruLata inside Microsoft, with nothing to paste, and the connection only reads.
What will I see from Microsoft Bookings?
The appointments on every booking page the person who connects works on, up to ten pages. TruLata reads the last twelve months and the next 31 days. From each appointment it reads the service, the customer's name and email, when it was booked and when it takes place. Each booking page shows as its own pipeline on the Jobs tab.
Microsoft Bookings is for work accounts, so a Microsoft 365 work account connects it; a personal Microsoft account has no Bookings page to read.

How does an appointment count?
An appointment is booked work, so it reads won. Its value is the service's price when the price is fixed, and a free service reads zero. A price set as starting at, hourly or varies stays unknown, never a made-up figure and never zero. Microsoft Bookings removes a canceled appointment, so a cancellation leaves the list rather than reading lost.
The Jobs tab puts four tiles across the top: open jobs, booked value over the last 12 months, jobs won this month and your win rate over the last 12 months. Under the tiles sit the counts by stage and the appointment list, which you filter by booking page or search by a name or a service.

How do I connect Microsoft Bookings?
Press Connect on the Microsoft Bookings card on your Integrations tab. Microsoft opens, the person who works on your booking page signs in and approves read access to Bookings, and you land back on your dashboard with your appointments on the Jobs tab. There is nothing to copy and nothing to paste.
This permission needs no admin consent in Microsoft. TruLata never sees your Microsoft password; the token Microsoft issues is stored encrypted on our side and never sent to a browser, yours included.

Can I connect Microsoft Bookings today?
Microsoft connections are switched on one workspace at a time today. Ask for Microsoft Bookings from the request card on your Integrations tab, or email support@trulata.com, and we switch it on for your account. If your Microsoft 365 admin needs to approve TruLata once, we do that with you.
Once it is on, the Microsoft Bookings card appears on your Integrations tab with its Connect button.
How fresh is it, and can TruLata change my bookings?
Live. The Jobs tab reads Microsoft Bookings when you open it, and a short cache of about 90 seconds only absorbs a double click. If Bookings does not answer, its card says it could not read, and it is never counted as zero.
The connection is read only. Services, staff, availability, reschedules and cancellations are managed in Microsoft Bookings itself. Disconnect from the card on your Integrations tab whenever you choose, or remove TruLata from My Apps at myapplications.microsoft.com.

Does TruLata integrate with Microsoft Bookings?
Yes. Connect Microsoft Bookings and your appointments from the last year and the next 31 days show on the Jobs tab with the service, the customer and the price where it is fixed.
Do I paste a key?
No. Press Connect, sign in to Microsoft and approve TruLata there. There is nothing to copy.
Does it need my Microsoft admin?
The Bookings read permission needs no admin consent in Microsoft. While Microsoft connections are switched on one workspace at a time, we set it up with you, admin included if your organization requires it.
Why do some appointments have no value?
Only a fixed price is a known value. A service priced as starting at, hourly or varies stays unknown rather than showing zero or a guess.
What happens when an appointment is canceled?
Microsoft Bookings removes it, so it leaves the list on the Jobs tab.
Can TruLata change my booking page?
No. The connection is read only. Services, staff, availability and cancellations are managed in Microsoft Bookings.
