Bigger jobs: Addy keeps working and comes back

Ask Addy for something no button does, like fixing a form, setting up tracking or a deep report. She keeps working in the background and brings the result back into your conversation.

#What counts as a bigger job

Anything that takes more than a quick change: fix a form that stopped sending, set up or repair a connection or call tracking, build something new on your website, update your CRM or automations, research competitors, or pull a detailed report.

You ask the same way as anything else. Addy decides how to get it done.

#What you see

Addy says she is on it and shows Addy is still working on it, with a card for each part of the job marked Working or Done, and a step that reads Kept going in the background.

You can leave the page or close the browser. The result comes back into the same conversation when it is done, and the next time you open Addy it is there.

Addy still working on research our three nearest competitors and draft two posts that beat them: a Competitors card researching three nearby competitors and a Content card drafting two posts for your OK, both Working, and steps ending in Kept going in the background.

#It still checks with you

If the job ends in something public or that spends money, such as publishing a page or changing a budget, she brings it back for your Approve first. A finished result waits in the conversation until you answer.

#Your team sees it too

Every finished job is noted for the whole account, so when a teammate asks Addy later, she already knows the door hanger was designed or the form was fixed.
