Talk to Addy instead of typing
Press the microphone beside the box and say what you want. Your words appear in the box as you speak, and nothing is sent until you press Ask.

- Open Addy and press the microphone beside the box.
- Say what you want, the way you would say it to a person. Your words appear in the box as you speak.
- Press the microphone again, or just pause, to stop. Fix any word if you need to.
- Press Ask.
#Browsers and the microphone
Voice works in Chrome, Edge and Safari, on a computer or a phone. In another browser, type your message instead.
The first time, your browser asks to use the microphone. If you said no, Addy shows Allow the microphone for this site to talk to Addy: allow it in your browser's site settings and press the microphone again.

Does it send what I say right away?
No. It writes into the box, and nothing is sent until you press Ask.
