#What Addy does on a call

Addy answers your TruLata tracking numbers as your business. She says she is the AI assistant answering for your team and that the call is recorded, answers from your own website, and never quotes a price or a time your site does not state.

She takes the caller's name, number, what they need and a good time to call back. Every call she answers lands on your Leads tab.

#Turn it on

  1. Open Integrations and press the Addy answers your phone card, under Calls and revenue.
  2. Set your open hours for each day in 24-hour time, for example 08:00 to 17:00. Leave a day empty when you are closed.
  3. Press Outside open hours, or Every call to have her answer all of them.
TipThe account owner or an admin can change it. The message says Saved with the choice you made.

#It needs a tracking number

Addy answers calls to your TruLata tracking numbers only. If the account has none yet, the card says so; add one on the Call tracking numbers card. See Call tracking numbers.

Right after you turn it on, the card may say her line is being set up. It is ready within a few minutes, then the card lists the numbers she answers.

#Turn it off

Press Off on the same card. Calls ring your phone as they did before.
