Connect and read your Nextdoor ads

#Where it is

Open Nextdoor Ads under Ads in the sidebar. Nextdoor ads come with Growth. On another plan the tab says so, with a link to see plans on Billing.

#Connect your Nextdoor ad account

1. Open Nextdoor Ads Manager at ads.nextdoor.com. Your Account ID is the long number under your account name.
2. On the Nextdoor Ads tab, type it into Nextdoor ad account ID.
3. Press Connect. The message says Saved. TruLata reads your Nextdoor ads within 15 minutes.

#While it connects

The card names your ad account and shows where it is: Saved while the first read is on its way, Being linked while your TruLata team links the account with Nextdoor (nothing is needed from you), then Connected.

If it says Could not connect, it shows why. Check the number and type it again. To switch to another ad account, press Remove or change the account.

#What the tab shows

The top card lists anything that needs attention, or says Nothing needs attention. It flags 50 dollars or more spent in 30 days with no leads, and a campaign spending 100 dollars or more with no leads while your other campaigns bring them. It also says when the account was last read.

Four tiles cover the last 30 days: Spend, 30 days with impressions, Clicks with the cost per click, Leads and Cost per lead. Last 7 days gives the week's spend, clicks, impressions and leads.

Campaigns, last 30 days lists each campaign with Status, Spend, Clicks, Leads and Cost/lead. Click a row for its objective, impressions and cost per click. Ads, last 30 days gives the same numbers ad by ad, biggest spend first.
