Open Brand kit in the Social group of your dashboard menu. Every dashboard has it.

#Read your brand from your website

Some websites turn away automatic visits. If yours does, the card says so: upload your logo and pick your colours on the card and every file works the same.

Changed your website? Press Read my website again. It replaces the colours, fonts and details on the card with what your site shows now. Only the owner or an admin can change the brand kit.

1. If the tab asks for your website, type it in and press Read my website.
2. TruLata reads your logo, colours, fonts, business name, tagline, phone, email, address and social links, and shows them on the card.
3. Fix anything that is off. If your logo is missing or wrong, press Upload a PNG logo; a PNG on a clear background works best, under 2 MB.
4. Press Confirm brand kit. The card is marked Confirmed. Not ready yet? Press Save for later.

#Make a file in your brand

Under Make a file in your brand, fill in whose details go on it: Name, Job title, Phone and Email. Phone and email use the business's when left empty. Then pick a file:

Email signature, for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail. Press Preview and copy to see it and copy it into your email settings, or Download.

Business card: a print-ready PDF, 3.5 x 2 in with bleed, front and back.

PowerPoint template: five slides in your colours, fonts and logo.

#Ask Addy for them

The owner or an admin can ask Addy instead: "Make me an email signature", "Make a business card for Sam Ortiz, sales manager" or "Make a PowerPoint template in our colours". She shows what she will make and waits for a quick Approve, then gives you the download link.

Addy also makes door hangers: say "Make us a door hanger". You get three print-ready designs, each a PDF with a front, a back and a printer guide, 4.25 x 11 in with bleed and the hole for the door handle. They use photos of your own work from your website, a QR code to your site and, where you have one, your Google rating. Ask her for changes in plain words, such as another photo or a different offer.
